It is not for us to pick and choose what we will or will not believe from the Word of God. I do not pray for money when I give money. Instead I pray that God will multiply our tithes and offerings for use in His Kingdom for the needs of the poor and our auxiliary programs for drawing in the unsaved. Recent changes in the insurance industry put the amount of my pay was in jeopardy. I didn?t pray about it but I was concerned. Then, out the blue, we were contacted by our mortgage company to refinance for less interest. But our escrow was short $1800 due to a windstorm issue which we disputed, once and only once. Within two weeks we refinanced at a lower rate with no closing costs and without having to pay the $1800. I did NOT pray about my finances but God knew my need and He stepped in. Now we are saving $340 per month. This is a tangible blessing every month for every year that I choose to keep this house. Praise God. He is good all the time.

first, id like to thank the body of the church for the prayers and support given during the difficult time my family has been faced with , that is my mom , karen , who has been batteling cancer for 6 years. recently she passed and went to serve the lord in his heavenly home. a testimony of testimonies is in fact, what the lord has placed upon me. Everything about this story is a testimony in itself. He guided me in ways one cant imagine in being my mothers health care giver.Sponge baths, were a small part of the blessing ive been given to care for my mom.You see, her cancer was in the vaginal area, and it was distorted from disease, surgury and the topical medicines needed to surpress pain, and infection. The lord put this to me to help her in time of need. From helping her use restroom, cleaning the wound, to feedind and dispensing pain meds. After she passed, i asked the lord ,why it has to hurt soo much? HE said," to know the seperation of the son from the father, in all ways.amen

Even though my youngest daughter (Brooke) is still battling her illness, Jesus has done great things in her life. My daughter was in a coma for over a week Jesus brought her back to life, when the doctor said she needed heart surgery at the last minute the doctors ran more tests and said no heart surgery was needed Praise God. When my daughter was in a come some family members were making funeral arrangements, but God had other plans. In the body of Christ prayers works, many prayers were sent out on her behalf I want to thank my Pastor and First Lady, my local church for all thier prayers and support. We as the body of Christ must use our faith and be obedient to his word. Jesus must be first place in our life Matt.6:33 It has been a rough four months for me, my Mothers death, my daughters situation and some other things that happened in my personal life, but by faith and the grace of God I was able to overcome it all. We must forgive and move on and understand that God ways are not our ways, do not go ahead of God ever. All we need will be provided by God if we trust Him. Again I thank God for my Pastor , First Lady Church family, and my dedicated friends in the body of CHRIST.                                                                                                                                        -Ralph Ingro

Josiah said during a sermon that it was his desire that we lay hands on the sick out in public so that they would be healed for God?s Glory. I didn?t give it a lot of thought, except ?that takes guts?. However, a few weeks later I was in the 7-11 on 48th and the man in front of me was bent over in back pain. Remembering the sermon, I reached out and put my hand on his shoulder and asked God to heal him in Jesus name. The man limped away still in pain while looking back at me like I was crazy. I have no faith in my hand but I do know that nothing will be done in the name of Jesus unless I extend it. Hallelujah! A few weeks later the same man came walking down the very street I live on! He was walking straight this time. We were both shocked that we didn?t know what to say. But get this, he asked me if I needed my lawn mowed. I thought, really, REALLY?! You were crooked when I last saw you and now you want to mow my lawn? Thank you Jesus! Our God saves. Our God heals. Hallelujah!
